Acceptance of Terms

By engaging RAE'S ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICE LLC for accounting services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms govern the professional relationship between our firm and our clients.

Services Provided

Our firm provides the following professional services:

  • Tax preparation and planning
  • Bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Payroll processing and management
  • Business consulting and advisory services
  • Audit support and compliance assistance

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate financial information
  • Maintaining proper documentation and records
  • Timely payment of fees and expenses
  • Responding promptly to requests for information
  • Reviewing and approving all work before submission

Professional Standards

Our services are performed in accordance with applicable professional standards, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant tax codes. We maintain professional liability insurance and adhere to continuing education requirements.

Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the time required and complexity of services provided. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information in accordance with professional accounting standards. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Document Retention

We retain client files and supporting documents for periods required by professional standards and applicable laws. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of important documents.

Termination

Either party may terminate the professional relationship with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for all fees incurred through the termination date, and we will provide client files as requested.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Osceola County, Florida.
